Leap of Faith Labs is a purpose-driven studio that treats learning, culture, and care for the commons as first-class assets — worth verifying, recording, and regenerating. We are the human layer on India's digital public infrastructure.
The thesis
The good people do should be visible, valued, and regenerative
India has built remarkable digital public infrastructure. What's missing is the layer that recognises the human acts that infrastructure is meant to serve — the teacher who stays after the bell, the artisan who passes on a craft, the woman who teaches five children in her home.
LOFL builds the open, evidence-first systems that make those acts legible: a way to capture what happened, verify it against fair criteria, and turn it into recognition and opportunity that loops back to the people who earned it. In practice, that's an open platform to list social-impact programs and verify their outcomes — anchored in open-source, education, policy, and the digital public goods movement.

Becoming a not-for-profit foundation
LOFL is in formation as a Section 8 not-for-profit company in India, with a clean path from individual stewardship to a durable institution. Everything we make defaults to open; lock-in has to be justified.
Two commitments are not up for negotiation: Impact Units are non-transferable and non-financial — never described in ways that would trigger securities jurisdiction — and any evidence involving children requires documented guardian consent before anything is processed.

The first verified Impact Unit from the field
A single, non-simulated, peer-verified unit from a real pilot. Everything else — the entity, the funding thesis, the policy argument — is downstream of that proof.
